I, your humble friend and peer, have been described by some as a man of great talents... and great wrongs. Yet, I maintain that my defamation is the issue of a plot most foul, hatched by villains who would injure me only to heap shame upon my ancient name. As a sinner myself, I can smell the sin of others - I can see into the blackest of hearts; that is why I can see through these execrable miscreants, into their very souls.
I derive great comfort from knowing that I can count on the support of you, my peers, in this time that would lead lesser men to despair; it makes sense of this dark world of cruelty and disillusionment.

Re: Disgraced Noble
Thu, August 26, 2004 - 3:58 PMI have my mom to thank for my encyclopedic knowledge of Beatles songs and lyrics. She introduced them to me at a very young age. I used to wanna be Mrs. Ringo Starr (or, at least, all my Barbie dolls were married to him).
I didn't learn the "your face and my ass" until I was in college in the early 90s, so I personally don't associate it with the 60s.
Herb Alpert was NOT a hippie! hehehehehehehehe! :D -
